October 11th - Arel Retail announces dealership arrangement with Ramsay McDonald
The Ramsay McDonald Group (www.ramsaymcdonald.com) located in Victoria, Australia, is a software solutions provider with a particular focus on garment manufacturers and retailers. In an effort to provide a more comprehensive solution to their clientele they required a point of sale solution capable of meeting the needs of garment retailers. Arel Retail is pleased to announce that we have formed a dealership arrangement with Ramsay McDonald so that they can meet this need.

September 3rd - Free Demonstration POS Software
The demo version of the Arel Retail POS software is available for you to download free of charge.
August 11th - PocketPC Barcode Capture for Stock Take
Arel Retail has announced the availability of stock take based barcode capture using PocketPCs such as the Compaq iPaq. Such devices equipped with a barcode scanner can now be used to record barcodes for items in stock and to import these barcodes into the Arel Retail pos software solution. This feature is free to all customers and will be supplied on request.
